Sample challenge

Theme · Communication

Prepare

Write the first sentence you will use before beginning the conversation.

Act

Introduce yourself to someone new. Use clear eye contact, say your name, and ask one thoughtful question.

Reflect

What happened? What did you learn about yourself? What would you do differently next time?

The objective is not to wait until fear disappears. It is to prepare, act safely, reflect honestly, and collect evidence that growth is possible.

How it works

Assess. Prepare. Act. Reflect.

  1. Step 01

    Assess

Identify the situation, skill, or behavior that needs development.

  2. Step 02

    Prepare

Plan and rehearse a safe, appropriate action.

  3. Step 03

    Act

Complete a meaningful challenge in the real world.

  4. Step 04

    Reflect

Record the outcome, identify the lesson, and determine the next step.

What participants experience

A repeatable weekly rhythm, not a one-time workshop.

A clear weekly theme

One leadership theme per week — courage, communication, discipline, resilience, leadership, consistency — so nobody has to guess what to work on.

Guided preparation

Participants plan what they will say or do before they act, with adult-led support and AI coaching prompts.

A real-world action

Challenges happen off the screen, in real life, with appropriate supervision. Anything unsafe or inappropriate can be declined or replaced.

Honest reflection

After each action, participants record what happened, what they learned, and what they will do next time.

Visible consistency

Completed actions, reflections, streaks and self-reported progress build evidence that growth is happening.

Safety-first framing

Educational personal development only — never therapy, diagnosis, crisis support or clinical assessment.

Week 2 · Communication

Introduce yourself to someone new and ask one thoughtful question.

  • Difficulty: moderate
  • Time needed: under 15 minutes

Preparation and reflection

Prepare

“I will start with: Hi, I'm Jordan — how long have you been training here?”

Reflect

“I was nervous for about ten seconds, then it was easy. Next time I will speak first instead of waiting.”

How the Current Youth Pilot Works

We develop young leaders, and we do it honestly: youth participation today is adult-led rather than self-service. Here is exactly how the founding pilot runs.

  • Children and teens do not independently create accounts.
  • The six-week pilot is adult-led from start to finish.
  • A parent, guardian, instructor or authorized program facilitator guides participation.
  • Challenges are completed in the real world with appropriate adult supervision.
  • Participants prepare, act and reflect through the pilot structure.
  • Organizations receive implementation materials, participation tracking and a closing summary.
  • No minor information is collected through the public application form.
  • Appropriate parent or guardian authorization is required before a minor participates.
  • Parent-managed profiles and expanded organizational access are in development.

During the founding pilot, participation tracking summaries and end-of-pilot reports are prepared manually by our team. They are a human-delivered service, not automated software.
